The $XPL public sale begins with deposits opening on June 9 at 13:00 UTC. Users can deposit stablecoins into the Plasma Vault over several weeks to earn time-weighted “units.” After the deposit window closes, a 40-day lockup begins, followed by the actual sale where units determine token allocation. $XPL will be distributed during the Plasma mainnet beta. U.S. participants must be accredited investors and will face a 12-month token lockup.
