BTCS Sets Sep. 26 Deadline for $ETH Dividend and Loyalty Bonus
Shareholders of Nasdaq-listed BTCS must opt in and transfer their shares to the company’s transfer agent by September 26, 2025, to receive a one-time Ethereum dividend of $0.05 per share and to qualify for the additional $0.35 per share loyalty payment in $ETH if they continue holding their shares in book-entry form until January 26, 2026, for a total of up to $0.40 per share in $ETH.
